The Wildcat Business Group of companies has consistently won awards for its service and community commitment in the Santa Clarita Valley. One of the founders, Joe Messina, had been the Assistant National Area Service Manager for a large broadcasting company. They relied on him and a small group to keep over 400 users in 8 major cities connected and running with real-time information with little or no budget to speak of.

The group quickly learned how to find and use technology to its fullest without having to have every "bell and whistle" available. The old, "Do more with less" mentality was applied, but with a twist: Work with excellence and maximum productivity in mind.

The group was able to save the company hundreds of thousands of dollars over a very short period of time by using technology wisely. The result, a group of people who understood you don't have to strain a client's bank account to give them cutting edge technologies and have them function, feel, and look like a Fortune 1000 company.

Joe Messina
Joe has been in the Information & Technology field for over 20 years. He served in upper management level positions in the networking divisions for Johnson Controls, ENTEX International, Romac International, and Shadow Broadcasting Company and has worked for and with companies such as Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, National Pacific Mortgage, and Fidelity Federal. Through his broad client base, he has practical experience providing a wide variety of technology solutions to businesses in fields such as: financial and mortgage services, hotel management and operation, personnel staffing and recruiting, field sales automation, manufacturing, and legal services, among others.
 
 

Tammy Messina
Tammy has been providing superior quality technology support to clients for over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include enabling clients to have maximum productivity through various training and communication vehicles while undergoing new system rollouts and changes. Mrs. Messina has extensive experience coordinating new implementations to ensure smooth user transitions, as well as analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunity areas to improve efficiency.

Mrs. Messina's strengths include her ability to develop written documentation and instructor-led training that specifically targets client productivity, whether during new technology rollouts or re-writing current procedures and processes. Her simple, to-the-point-training classes are specifically targeted to meet the client's business needs.

Mrs. Messina's sensitivity toward making work flow smoothly and easily for personnel while maximizing efficiency are a winning combination. Her focus is always two-fold: make it easy for the user, and make it cost-effective and business-wise for the client.

Service Department

Bob Stratton, Managing Consultant
Robert’s 30 years in the industry as an Engineer and consultant makes him an incredibly valuable asset to the company. With a degree in Electrical Engineering, he began designing electronics for the Naval Weapons Center, China Lake and then supported both customers and the Sales Engineers for Hewlett Packard as a Field Engineer and Trainer. He has consulted in a wide variety of fields to deliver custom designs, both hardware and software, that meet the customer’s needs. Robert’s strengths lie in his ability to plan a project, design the network and deliver the desired outcome to the client. Robert’s technical knowledge combined with his strong customer relationships make for a winning combination that the customers appreciate.

Tim Campbell, Managing Consultant
Tim has been in the Information & Technology field for over 10 years. During this time he has developed and implemented network solutions for numerous small to mid-sized businesses in fields as varied as the automotive industry, to the medical profession. Along with his project management and technical experience, Tim excels at dealing with customers on a personal level to ensure that the solution delivered meets the business need. He is committed to ensuring that Wildcat customers are satisfied with their network environment, and the level of support they are receiving.

Brian Easley, Network Technician
Brian’s expertise in server installation and maintenance help to ensure that our clients’ operations function properly with minimal down time. Clients appreciate Brian’s pleasant disposition and willingness to help .

Adam Campbell, Field Technician
Adams has much experience dealing with networking and deskside support issues. Clients appreciate Adam for his infectious smile and pleasant disposition.

Percival Molina, Printer Technician
Percy has been a technician for 20 years. He worked on a variety of technologies throughout the years including, but not limited to: computers, printers, and copiers. Currently, his primary expertise and focus is laser and inkjet printers. Our customers appreciate Percy for his efficiency and his accurate diagnostic skills.

Joel Drotor, Service Coordinator
Joel is an experienced computer technician and excels at helping our customers to stay productive day-to-day. Joel is also a skilled help desk technician, providing excellent phone support and technical troubleshooting.

Jim has many years in media arts and computer consulting. He is a great addition to the team.

Kenny Bae, Web Programmer
Kenny is one of the best web programmers in Southern California. We are always getting comments from other programmers and security companies on how clean and solid his coding skills are. He embarked on this career intent on programming video games (although he would much prefer to play them). His talents are certainly appreciated by our clients.

Mike Campbell, Web Programmer
